He feels proper hiring and training is very important for every officer, so that they can serve the community in a more professional manner. He believes in community involved policing, where officers work with citizens to achieve the goals of the community and the city. |

Over the past 4 years Officer Lambert was the main Field Training Sgt. for the City of Udall. He specializes in Investigations, and training of new officers. |
