Why is there an officer
at the police department, or why
was there not an officer at the police department?
The office hours for the Cherryvale Police Department
are from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
During this time we try to keep an officer at the
department to answer the incoming calls, and to talk with people who
come in. If there is not an officer in the office during this time
it is because they are out patrolling or at a call.
Between 5PM and 8AM officers will usually be out
patrolling unless they are at the office working on paperwork.
