The City Clerk's Office is the primary point of contact for the public and is responsible for maintaining the City's official documents including ordinances and resolutions; clerking meetings of the City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission and Municipal Court; and providing administrative and human resources support to all departments of the City. The Clerk's Office also performs utility billing, processes all of the City's receipts, expenses, and employee payroll, issues various licenses and permits, provides notary and voter registration services, and generates regular financial reports.
